Penn Payne’s current hourly rate is $300 for each hour or partial hour of her time (time is billed in tenths of an hour). She does not charge administrative fees for the mediations and arbitrations that she handles independently of the American Arbitration Association. (The AAA has its own fee schedule for the mediations and arbitrations done through that organization.) She passes through to the parties any out-of-pocket expenses such as parking, mileage, courier or delivery costs, room charges, if any, and food and lodging, if the mediation or arbitration hearing requires travel outside the metro Atlanta, Georgia area.
