Fees

Penn Payne’s current hourly rate is $450 for each hour or partial hour of her time (time is billed in tenths of an hour). She does not charge administrative fees for the mediations and arbitrations that she handles independently of the American Arbitration Association or any other ADR provider (The American Arbitration Association and other providers have their own fee schedules for the mediations and arbitrations done through their organizations.) She passes through to the parties any out-of-pocket expenses such as parking, mileage, courier or delivery costs, room charges, if any, and if the mediation or arbitration requires travel outside the metro Atlanta, Georgia area, travel costs, food and lodging. She does not charge for her time spent in traveling to or from a hearing or mediation session.
